Jing Zhuang is a Managing Director at Mizuho Americas TMT Investment Banking, focusing on insuretech, payments, digital lending and wealth tech. Prior to joining Mizuho, Jing worked at Goldman Sachs across strategy and investment banking for over a decade. Most recently, Jing led a series of Goldman Sachs’ strategic fintech acquisitions. Prior to that, Jing was in the Investment Banking Division focused on providing M&A, IPO and leveraged finance advisory to fintech, broker dealer and specialty finance companies, as well as capital product structuring for banks.
