Jennifer Fitzgerald is the founder and former CEO of Policygenius, the leading online marketplace for insurance. Policygenius serves over one million users each month and has insured hundreds of thousands of households with life, disability, home and auto insurance. 

She led Policygenius from the company’s inception in 2013 through its sale to Zinnia, an Eldridge company, in 2023. 

Jennifer currently serves as an advisor to various companies and also serves on the board of Cinch Home Services.  

Jennifer was one of Fast Company’s 100 Most Creative People in Business and on Inc.’s Female Founders 100 list. She has appeared on NPR’s How I Built This and shared expert insights in The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal.
