James is a founding team member of Eos Ventures, a global VC fund focussed on InsurTech and adjacent sectors.

At Eos, James is focussed on sourcing, evaluating and leading insurance venture investments, as well as working closely with portfolio companies as a Board Director and/or Observer. 

James also mentors on a number of FinTech/InsurTech accelerators, including the Accenture FinTech lab program in London. 

Prior to Eos, James was an Associate Director at KPMG within the Insurance Deal Advisory practice where he gained significant due diligence, capital markets and M&A experience across the insurance value chain.
