Heather Majewski, FSA, is the Founder and Managing Principal of VivaSure Advisory.  Her firm was founded in late 2023 to help grow and improve outcomes in the insurance industry using data, technology, agent and customer engagement and personalization.  

Heather has 25 years of experience as an actuary and business leader in multiple product lines. Heather is former Head of Americas Life & Health Solutions for Swiss Re and focused on driving digital growth, operational efficiency and improved inforce performance in the insurance industry.  Prior to that, she was Head of Wellness Innovation for John Hancock Insurance, where shew as instrumental in the development and launch of the John Hancock Vitality insurance solution that
rewards people for making healthy choices. She was also focused on the long-term care industry and improving profitability through product design and health engagement.  Heather started her career at The Hartford and held various strategic and actuarial roles in the individual annuity and employer benefits space.

Heather is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries with a BS in Actuarial Science and an MS in Mathematics from the University of Connecticut and held the prestigious honor of University Scholar and multiple Babbidge Awards.
