Gordon has been with reliance matrix since 2003 and for the last 10 years has been running a software product organization focused on the development of customer experience products that assist employers and employees understand the complex world of absence and its intersection with insured products.

Focused on the large case market, client and broker consulting Gordon has obtained multiple patents for the products his team has developed and is currently working on several iniatives around AI and how this can be leveraged to most positively impact the employee experience and workforce management.
