Garrett has 30 years of complex commercial insurance experience with 25+ years of experience in a senior executive position. He was a partner and senior management equity holder in 4-successful private equity transactions involving Tri-City Brokerage, Bisys, Crump, and CRC Group.

Garrett is the Chief Innovation Officer and President of Exec Pro for CRC Group, the largest wholesale insurance broker in the world. Previously, he acted as Co-President of Brokerage. He was responsible for operations of over $13 billion in written premiums annually. He is also responsible for strategy relating to international markets, fintech, and diversity and inclusion.

Areas of insurance practice: Cyber Insurance (since ‘95), Directors and Officers Insurance (excess of 200 IPOs), Intellectual Property Insurance. Highly experienced in insurance product creation and insurance distribution strategy.
