Gabriella Brignardello is a Principal at Fika Ventures, an early-stage fund based in Los Angeles that invests across B2B software, fintech, and marketplaces. Her primary focus areas include fintech, insuretech, and vertical SaaS. Gabriella began her career as a consultant at Parthenon in the industrials private equity practice before transitioning to a venture role at WndrCo, a consumer tech multi-stage fund. Outside of Fika, Gabriella is very involved in fundraising and operational initiatives for Mi Casa de Angeles, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit she founded in 2009 that is dedicated to improving the quality of education in underserved areas of Peru, her father’s home country. Gabriella holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Symbolic Systems with a focus on Human-Computer Interaction from Stanford University.
