Frederic builds new ventures leveraging emerging technologies to unlock growth across Prudential’s global businesses including insurance, investments and retirement. Most recently, he supported the launch of a Prudential start-up, High Peak, to develop a hyper-personalized healthcare and long-term care tool.

Prior to Prudential, Frederic served as a cross-sector growth strategy manager at Monitor Deloitte, consulting clients on how to grow their businesses with new products, services, markets and customers. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Frederic supported the launch of the United Nations Development Programme’s inaugural Chief Digital Office to catalyze global socioeconomic recovery efforts. 

Frederic’s career began in underwriting at AIG where he underwrote commercial specialty liabilities. He then joined AIG’s strategy & innovation unit where he facilitated the strategic planning process for a $10B book of business, managed the Cyber Strategic Growth Initiative and created the Resilience Solutions Initiative. 

Frederic holds a BA in Economics with general honors from the University of Chicago and an MBA with high distinction from Harvard Business School.
