Frank Loftus is CEO of ARC Global Risk - a software development and claims management company. Mr. Loftus will be introducing his new AI-powered, cloud-based risk management platform at the ITC Vegas Conference in October 2024.  He became President of Loftus Adjustment in 1989 and is currently President of ARC Claims Management, Vice President of WebAppClouds, LLC and Managing Director of ARC Claims UK, Ltd.  An editor and author of numerous books and articles on international law, Frank is a graduate of Duke University and Georgetown University Law Center.  He previously served as a partner in International Advisory Services Group from 1987-1990 and as Executive Director of the International Law Institute in Washington, DC from 1981-1987.
