Eugenio is the Head of InsurTech at Plug and Play and a Partner at Plug and Play Ventures, focused on the areas of InsurTech, FinTech, AI, Cybersecurity, and enterprise software. Eugenio spearheads the Plug and Play Financial Services fund. Eugenio has led Plug and Play's investments into Esusu, Resilience Insurance, Symend, VOOM Insurance, Finally, Ansel, Relay (acq by At-bay), Kit.com (acq by Ro), Stere.io, Agency, KORR, and Archetype. 

Eugenio has an MBA from MIT Sloan and a JD from Universidad de Chile.
