Don is the Head of Gen AI, Agile, and IT Delivery Services at Westfield. Don has over 25 years of technology expertise in both technical and leadership roles. His experience includes leadership roles across nearly all facets of IT including application development, portfolio management, infrastructure and operations. Don's career journey has been highlighted with being at the forefront of numerous transformations using his unique, creative approaches for creating value through technology and people.

Don's most current focus has been on standing up a Gen AI capability at Westfield. The result is a functioning governance team, a driving change management team, an engaged employee base, and of course a development team aimed at bringing value in terms of business efficiency and expense management using Gen AI tech.
