Debra Deck is the General Manager of the Personal Lines insurance business for USAA Property and Casualty Insurance Group. She leads a team of talented individuals responsible for underwriting, auto, home, renters, specialty products, international operations, state management, and product intelligence.  Debra and team set product and state-level strategic and operational priorities, establish policy and premium targets, and make pricing and underwriting decisions for USAA membership.

Debra is a firm believer and supporter of diversity, equity, and inclusion. She founded and is active with the P&C Women in Leadership advocacy team focused on empowering women at all levels of their professional journey.
