Chris Touchton is an accomplished technology leader and veteran of the property insurance industry. In his current role as President of itel, Touchton leads the company’s go-to-market functions in both the United States and Canada, including sales, account management, marketing, and ecosystem development.  

Since joining itel in 2004, Touchton has helped grow the company from $3 million in annual revenue to almost $100+ million in leadership roles over sales, product development, M&A, and operations. He previously led an effort to overhaul itel’s operational processes to better leverage software and technology to meet the industry’s increased demand for accuracy and speed. More recently, he led itel’s effort to connect to the property insurance ecosystem via product integrations with the two leading estimating system software platforms, jumpstarting the fastest new product growth in company history.  

Before joining itel, Touchton previously worked at PathTech Software Solutions and Strategic Technologies in various leadership roles across technical, sales, and management functions.   

Touchton holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Florida and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of North Florida
