Brittany joined American Family Ventures as Managing Director in 2022. She has over 12 years of experience in the venture capital and startup ecosystem, previously serving as Managing Director and founding member of Allianz Life Ventures and as a Senior Vice President at Silicon Valley Bank.  In these roles, she was responsible for deploying venture capital and growth capital solutions into startups innovating in the financial services, insurance, and healthcare industries. Brittany is passionate about partnering with underrepresented entrepreneurs based on race, place, and gender, and serves as an advisor to Tundra Ventures and as a founding member of the Minnesota Fintech Collective. Brittany earned her BA in Business Administration from Creighton University and began her career as a CPA at Deloitte.
