At Aflac, Bharat serves as the Managing Director and Head of Aflac Ventures, where leads all investment and financial management functions for Aflac Global Ventures subsidiary. His responsibilities include seed, early and growth stage venture investing in InsureTech, FinTech and HealthTech, as well as external innovation and internal incubation programs. In prior roles, Bharat led Corporate Development, M&A, and Corporate Strategy activities at the company.
