As CEO and co-founder of hyperexponential, Amrit has led the creation of hx Renew, the world’s first pricing decision intelligence platform. Designed to bridge the gap between modern risks and outdated pricing operations, the platform pushes the boundaries of decision-making by harnessing the small, sparse, and fragmented datasets prevalent in the financial sector – particularly in specialty insurance. hx Renew underpins the underwriting processes of some of the world’s leading insurance companies.

Starting as hyperexponential's inaugural front-end engineer in 2017, Amrit now leads a team of 100+ across London, New York, Portugal, and Poland.

Before hyperexponential, Amrit spent 12 years as an actuary in the insurance industry, including leading Pricing and Analytics at Tokio Marine Kiln, the specialist commercial arm of one of the world’s largest insurance companies.

Alongside his professional achievements, Amrit takes pride in being a devoted father. He created the Startup Dads Podcast: an interview platform where he engages founders and investors in conversations about the common themes between managing high-growth businesses and building a family.
