Adam Hoover has 20 years of experience leading business and digital strategies across the insurance value chain, from customer acquisition and underwriting through to servicing and claims. Adam started his career at Chubb, ultimately leaving to help build and grow the insurtech startup Jetty. He is currently the Vice President of Business Architecture and Innovation for the Hanover, a position he’s held since 2020.
