Via Air

Las Vegas Airport (officially known as Harry Reid International Airport, abbreviated as LAS), is the main commercial airport servicing the Las Vegas, Nevada area. Click here to see a full list of airlines that fly into LAS.

Via Car

FROM INTERSTATE 15 

  • Exit 1-15 and head east onto E. Tropicana Ave 
  • Turn right onto Las Vegas Blvd. S. off E. Tropicana Ave. 
  • End at Mandalay Bay

Getting to Mandalay Bay Resort

Via Taxi

Getting to downtown Las Vegas from the airport will take about 15 minutes by taxi. There are two locations to find a taxi at the airport:

  • Terminal 1: Outside door exits 1-4 
  • Terminal 3: Outside level 0 

Via Chauffeur Service

Mandalay Bay offers a VIP Arrival Experience, which includes roundtrip luxury transportation to and from LAS. To book, call Room Reservations at 877.632.5400*

Via Rideshare Service

Lyft and Uber are available at the Las Vegas airport. Each terminal has its own rideshare pickup area. 

  • Terminal 1: Level 2 of the parking garage 
  • Terminal 3: Valet level of the parking garage

Visa Letters

Do I need a visa?
Please check with the US Embassy whether you require a visa to enter the United States. We always recommend you check regularly for the latest travel updates. At this time, we recommend you apply for a US visa as early as possible due to ongoing processing delays and longer wait times for visa appointments.

You can download a visa invitation letter via the Registration Resource Center once you’ve registered and received your registration confirmation email.

Do I need to register in order to obtain a visa letter?
Yes, you must first register for ITC Vegas to obtain a visa letter. In order to register, visit our registration page to purchase the registration type that is best suited for you. Please contact our customer support team if you have any questions or require further assistance.
