Brittany joined American Family Ventures as Managing Director in 2022. She was previously Managing Director and founding member of Allianz Life Ventures and a Senior Vice President at Silicon Valley Bank, responsible for deploying venture capital and growth capital solutions to early-stage companies spanning the financial services, insurance, and healthcare industries. Brittany is passionate about partnering with underrepresented entrepreneurs based on race, place, and gender, and serves as an advisor to Tundra Ventures and as a founding member of the Minnesota Fintech Collective. Her previous investments include TCare, Alix, HealthOme, Ladder, Human API, Vestwell, Ellevest, and Halo. Brittany earned her BA in Business Administration from Creighton University and began her career as a CPA at Deloitte.
