New this year, the ITC Vegas 2023 platform will be pre-launched to sponsors prior to the official networking app launch. The main purpose for this is to assign an “Admin” to your team within the Grip platform. The Admin will create your team, and then have access to add team members, view your inbound leads, and download connections. For right now, we just need the name and email address of the person who will be designated as the team admin. They will receive an email the week of September 19th to log into the platform and create their team.
We are asking you to create your team prior to the networking app official launch since you will only be able to see inbound leads and download connections once your team is created. We don’t want you to miss out on potential connections if your team hasn’t been created.
Information on how to log-in and create your team will be provided when we launch the week of September 19th. You will have two weeks to create your team prior to the networking app launch the week of October 3rd. Setting up your team should only take a few minutes, but if you have any problems, our networking app team will be happy to help!

Yes, you can use the app on your desktop!
In fact, we recommend you do so prior to the event to check out the agenda and add sessions and events to your schedule, as well as search contacts and add meetings to your calendar.
No, we can add them to the platform without them attending the show.
The Sponsor Contact will be able to create their “Team” and be given the “Admin” role on their team. They will be able to add team members to their team. They will also be able to edit their company profile.
The ITC Vegas mobile app will open to all attendees approximately 4 weeks before the event. Sponsors will have early access to setup their profiles approximately 6 weeks before the event.
Week of September 19th.
Anyone from your team can be the Networking App Sponsor Contact. Typically, this is someone who is managing the logistics for your team before, during, and after ITC Vegas 2023.
During this “pre-launch”, only creating a team and adding team members will be accessible. Once the networking app launches, you will be able to access all functionality through the platform.
Your team will only be able to see leads from the mobile app once your team has been created. If a connection is made prior to creating your team, it will not be included in the full team export.
